Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If a subpar item slips through our manufacturing partner’s quality control checks & makes it to our customer, please contact us at the email listed on the receipt. We will request photos of the defective or damaged item. Once reviewed and accepted as defective, then we we will send an immediate replacement. Our customers will never be asked to return any items to the facility.
